Create an Action Plan
Your first action plan, simpler than you imagine. Learn how to create and organize plans in Spatium.
Your first action plan
The idea behind Spatium was clear from the beginning: to create a simple, accessible, and practical tool to organize what matters most.
In the real world, everything starts with an intention... but what truly brings that intention to life is breaking it down into achievable and actionable steps.
When you divide a goal into clear, measurable, and structured tasks, what once felt complex becomes doable.
What is an action plan?
An action plan is simply an organized list of tasks, responsibilities, and key dates designed to fulfill a purpose.
At Spatium, we made it even simpler: you start with what you already know — a goal, an idea, a need — and build it step by step from there.
How does it work in Spatium?
Creating your first plan is as easy as writing a to-do list. But in addition, you can:
- Assign responsibilities
- Set deadlines
- Break it down into stages or subtasks
- View everything in a clear, editable layout connected to other projects
No complications, no unnecessary clutter.
How can I create it?
There are several ways to create it, and one of them is through the menu:
- From the "Planning" menu, select "Action Plans"

- Click the three vertical dots and select "New Action Plan"

- Enter the name of your new plan

- Ready to begin with your first goal

One system, many possibilities
What begins as a simple list can scale into a complete program, connect to an organizational chart, include a dedicated chat for tracking, and even receive smart suggestions thanks to our AI integration.
The important thing is to start
At Spatium, we believe that organization doesn't have to be complicated. All you need is clarity on your goal and the first step done right.
And that step is your first action plan.
